Dr. Banerjee most recently served as President and CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Pelmorex Corp., a global climate analytics and public safety alerting company. He previously served as a senior advisor to the CEO of Cerberus Capital Management and served on the Board of multiple Cerberus portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Cerberus, Dr. Banerjee served as the President and CEO of McGraw-Hill and as a member of its Board of Directors. Previously, he was Group President and an Executive Officer of Verisk Analytics, with responsibility for its high-growth businesses as well as oversight responsibility for its joint data and development environment and its centralized AI and advanced analytics organizations. He joined Verisk as part of its acquisition of Argus Information and Advisory Services, where he was CEO, and co-president and chief operating officer in prior roles. In other prior roles, Dr. Banerjee served as head of Citibank's credit card business in the United Kingdom and as vice president of marketing and analytics at GE Capital.

Dr. Banerjee has a Ph.D. in applied mathematics from the State University of New York, an M.S. degree in mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a B.S. degree with honors in mathematics from St. Stephens College, Delhi.
