Services Lead the Top 10 Categories in Spain

In July 2011, the Services category had the largest audience in Spain attracting 23.2 million unique visitors, but seeing a slight decrease of 0.9 percent compared to the previous month.* Search and Navigation sites such as Google Search and Bing ranked second, seeing nearly 23.1 million unique visitors and only a narrow decline of 0.4% compared to the previous month. Portals saw the third largest audience with 23.0 million unique visitors during the month, up by 0.9% from the month prior.

*The data is based on Spain EGM. Spain EGM is a parallel market that Comscore created using Estudio General de Medios (EGM) as the enumeration source. The parallel market was created to support local IAB and AIMC requirements. EGM was used as a source for total online population and various demographic targets, per industry recommendation.
