Job Title: Head of Client Insights – Ad Agency
Location: New York
Comscore is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and client-obsessed Head of Client Success – Ad Agency to lead and scale our agency-facing success function across linear TV, digital, and cross-platform measurement solutions. In this role, you’ll serve as the senior leader responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences to our most critical agency partners, ensuring their success in leveraging Comscore’s products to plan, transact, and measure media more effectively. You will drive strategic account support, solution adoption, cross-functional alignment, and operational excellence across agency relationships—supporting agency investment, strategy, and analytics teams as they evolve toward a converged, data-driven future.
What You’ll Do:
Own strategic relationships with key holding companies and independent agencies, ensuring alignment on measurement goals, product usage, and value realization across Comscore’s TV, digital, and cross-platform solutions.
Lead and grow a high-performing team of client success managers and specialists dedicated to delivering premium service, training, onboarding, and ongoing consultation to agency partners.
Guide agencies in navigating Comscore’s suite of cross-platform products, helping them operationalize audience insights for planning, buying, and post-campaign analysis across linear, CTV, and digital.
Drive engagement, satisfaction, and renewal across agency partners by proactively identifying opportunities, addressing challenges, and ensuring seamless delivery of value.
Partner closely with Product, Sales, Research, and Operations to align roadmaps, translate market needs into actionable feedback, and ensure agency requirements are met in a fast-evolving media landscape.
Represent Comscore in industry forums, agency partner meetings, and thought leadership initiatives to reinforce our role as a leading voice in convergent measurement.
What You’ll Need:
10+ years of experience in client success, agency services, or commercial leadership in media, measurement, or ad tech industries.
Deep understanding of the agency ecosystem, including media planning, buying, analytics, and investment workflows across linear and digital.
Proven success leading client-facing teams and driving measurable results in client satisfaction, retention, and solution adoption.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with cross-functional collaboration at its core.
A passion for data, innovation, and helping clients Compensation: $150K - $225K; Commensurate with Experience
