Job Title: Client Success Manager - Agency Partnerships
Location: New York
About This Role:
Comscore is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Client Success Manager to support our agency partners in driving meaningful outcomes through Comscore’s cross-platform measurement solutions. Reporting to the Head of Client Success – Ad Agency, this individual will play a key role in managing day-to-day agency engagements, ensuring successful onboarding, product adoption, and long-term satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
Goaled on success of holding company pod, inclusive of new business/renewal sales
Partner with Sales, and Product teams on upsell, cross-sell, expansion opportunities, and QBRs
Oversee all implementation for CCR/BSL/etc.
Weekly office hours with existing clients
Own kick off calls and follow ups across all suites of solutions inclusive of digital, linear, and custom
Orchestrate internal support for the client and agency to solve high level strategic challenges, from measurement to creative and technical integration to deliver consistent goals and objectives of the partners on a day to day.
Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally and to partners.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating an understanding of their business and their pain points, and offering strategic guidance and innovative solutions to meet their business goals
Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that drive product adoption & utilization, client satisfaction, and business growth – in partnership with renewal seller/new business seller
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Professional Services, Sales and Support to manage project timelines, resolve issues, and deliver on commitments.
Track and report on project progress, performance metrics, and key milestones to both internal teams and clients.
Develop and implement best practices for customer success, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
Analyze customer feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement in the product and customer experience.
Share insights and trends with internal teams to inform product development, marketing strategies, and support initiatives.
Represent voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap.
Act as an advocate for customers during the triage and resolution of high severity cases to assist with the timely resolution of these issues. Own all training and support of platform users including client analytics, investment and planning teams
What You'll Need:
3-5 years of sales or service experience within advertising, data, or Digital/TV/ Video media. Types of companies include ad agencies, ad technology companies, data and measurement companies.
Self-Starter with demonstrated history of building relationships to tackle client objectives and identify business development opportunities.
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue goals and experience structuring, negotiating and closing large, complex deals.
Deep understanding of data, cross-platform advertising, and the different roles of companies across space.
Strong analysis and presentation skills with a track record of using data to help drive client decision making and inform decisions as it relates to upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Demonstrated knowledge of the Digital and TV advertising ecosystem from a buy-side and/or sell-side perspective. Keeps up with current trends and competitive actions.
Technical experience in data strategy, analytics, and/or measurement.
Possess a strong understanding of data and analytics as well as primary and secondary research and how this information can be applied to help clients to achieve their goals.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills a must.
Compensation: $103K - $125K; Commensurate with Experience
