LONDON, U.K., November 18, 2009 – Comscore, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCOR), a leader in measuring the digital world, today released a report showing the online audience reach of a selection of leading advertising networks in Germany, based on data from the Comscore World Metrix service. Comscore’s reporting of advertising networks is a unique capability in the marketplace because it represents the actual reach of online ads delivered by the various networks and requires the participation of the networks to enable Comscore to track their ad delivery capabilities.
Google Ad Network Ranks as Most Visited Advertising Network in GermanyGoogle Ad Network was the most popular advertising network in Germany in September with 34.6 million visitors, reaching 78.4 percent of the total German online population, followed by TradeDoubler with 32.2 million visitors (73.0 percent reach). AOL Advertising ranked third with 28.6 million visitors, while ValueClick Media EU (vcmedia) (26.8 million visitors) and AdScale (26.7 million visitors) rounded out the top five.
