Due to a traffic measurement issue, [C] Apple News (Mobile App) was under-reported for Media Metrix Multi-Platform and Mobile Metrix United States, United Kingdom, and Canada December 2023 – April 2024 data. Apple News publisher partner data and associated traffic shared audiences were not impacted. The traffic measurement issue began with the release of iOS 17.2. Apple has identified a fix for this issue and will include that fix in an upcoming version of iOS. Traffic numbers are expected to recover over time as Apple users adopt the iOS version that contains the fix.
