Location: Remote (Must reside in the USA)
Note: Candidates located within commutable distance to an office location (Portland-OR, New York-NY, or Reston-VA) are required to report in-person 2x a week.
About This Role:
The Senior Analyst will manage survey projects which include questionnaire development, survey link testing, determining samples specifications, monitoring field, client engagement, and analyzing and writing reports upon conclusion of fielding. The Senior Analyst will create surveys, analyze data, and develop presentations of findings to internal teams and external clients. Finally, the Senior Analyst may oversee training for junior level employees, determine pricing/feasibility, and improve efficiency and analytical enhancements.
What You’ll Do:
Works on large and complex, survey studies
Develops questionnaires
Oversees all data-related aspects of project execution, such as quality control assurance from fielding to report delivery
Analyzes complex data sets and communicates compelling insights to clients
Collaborates with survey research management to create and implement weighting schemes
Designs reports and presentations based on client needs
Independently drives projects, troubleshoots, and makes analytical adjustments as needed
Trains and mentor junior analysts
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, or quantitative field
At least 4+ years of survey research experience
Solid understanding of survey execution needs and requirements; preferably additional experience with custom research
Firm understanding of SPSS or other relevant statistical programs
Advanced Excel Skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.) and experience with Power BI are assets.
Willingness and ability to adapt to changing client requests
Proven ability to lead projects and provide a positive influence amongst junior analysts
Compensation: $75,000.00- 85,000.00; Commensurate with experience
