Vivanuncios Bienes Raices Receives the Most Online Visitors in the Real Estate Category in Mexico
Mexico City, Mexico, July 11th, 2014 – Comscore, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCOR), a global leader in measuring the digital world, today released data from Comscore Media Metrix® service showing that 1.6 million Mexicans accessed Real Estate sites in April 2014 that represents a 5.4% of reach.
Top 15 Real Estate Properties by Unique VisitorsIn April 2014 data revealed that Vivanuncios Bienes Raices maintained the top position in the ranking, compared to March 2014, with more than 774 thousand unique visitors. Inmuebles24.com held on the second position with 369 thousand unique visitors and a 7% growth versus the previous month. Metroscubicos.com and Zonaprop.com.mx received 286 and 240 thousand users respectively to attain the third and fourth place. The properties that register the most important increases are Ara.com.mx with a 67% change compared to the previous month and Guiadeinmuebles.com with 65%. In terms of the time spent in each site, the average minutes spent in Vivanuncios Bienes Raices per visitor is 19.4 followed by Century21mexico.com with 12.3 minutes per visitor and Metroscubicos.com with 11.7.

25-34 Years Old are the Most Likely to Visit Real Estate Sites in MexicoAn analysis of the Real Estate category demographics showed that 25-34 years old males were the most likely to access Real Estate sites. While 25-34 year old males represent 10.6 percent of the online population, they accounted for 14.4 percent of Real Estate visitors. 25-34 years old females represent 10.4 percent of the online population but a slightly higher 12.2 percent of Real Estate visitors.
